  • When can I look at an apartment?

  • How do I reserve an apartment after viewing?

    You will need to fill out a rental application form and deliver a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of one month's rent to reserve the apartment.

  • Why is the deposit check non-refundable?

    The deposit check is non-refundable because when delivered it removes the apartment from our vacancy list, which takes it off the market. The money for this deposit will be refunded to you if your application is denied by the Landlord/Management Company. If you are accepted, this deposit will act as your last month's rent.

  • How long is the standard residential lease?

    Typically, we ask that leases be for twelve months. We can make exceptions based on date of rental and the specific property.

  • What's your pets policy?

  • Do you charge a rental fee?

    We do charge a rental fee for all fee based apartments. This changes during the rental season. In any case, you'll be informed whether a fee is associated with the apartments you're interested in veiwing.
